What’s the maximum number of guests I can have?
In our garden pavilion we can accommodate up to 144 guests. This always depends on the seating.
Do you offer conference packages?
Due to the individual demands of our guests, we do not offer daily packages.
Is the price negotiable?
How many parking spaces are available?
There are around 85 parking spaces available, including 24 parking spaces in two underground garages and 25 parking spaces on the property.
How many hotel rooms do you have?
We have 18 beautiful double rooms and 12 single rooms.
Is there a curfew?
The party can go on until as late as 3:00 am. From 1:00 am onwards, there is an additional fee.
Do you have any technical equipment available for the party?
We have a music system installed in our premises, but it's mainly meant for background music and not suitable for loud party music. However, we'd be happy to recommend some great DJs or other music options that could work well for your event.
Can music be played outside?
There are noise protection regulations that apply to our property as it is in a residential area. There are no restrictions to background music during the day, but at night we have to limit the musical entertainment to the inside area.
Will there be other events taking place at the venue at the same time?
If you do not book LA VILLA exclusively, other events such as birthdays, conferences, etc. may take place at the same time.
